HIBISCUS FLOWERS


Hibiscus flowers produce a lovely deep-red infusion with a slightly tart fruity flavour, with notes of citrus and pomegranate.   Delicious served hot or iced, Hibiscus is also a key blending component and is used in teas, wines and tonics throughout the world. Try adding a little honey or sugar to balance the tartness and bring out the sweet and floral character.
