CHAI SPICE MIX - Herbal Blend

A blend of ground and chopped spices from India that you can use to develop your own special Chai brew. Try adding the mix to black tea,  green tea (or a blend of both ) and for a caffeine free brew try it with Rooibos. 

Brewing suggestion - just a guide:-

Boil a pan of water then add the spice mix to the boiling water. Add Assam, or Winter Nilgiri or your preferred tea  and simmer. Add fresh milk and then sugar to bring out the strong flavours.  Simmer for a few minutes, strain and pour into cups.
