DECAF BREAKFAST CEYLON PEKOE - Black Tea

A  medium bodied  high grown Flowery Pekoe from a small estate in the Dimbula region of   Sri Lanka. The cup is bright, has a wonderful balanced astringency and delicate floral notes. It is an excellent  all day tea.

C02 Process - Naturally decaffeinated  the tea is briefly soaked in pure water and  gently flushed with CO2 to extract the caffeine leaving all the natural proteins that give tea its flavour.
